Dr. Jeffrey Chambers, M.D.
Dr. Jeffrey Chambers is a board certified Ophthalmologist and holds Fellowship with both the Royal College of Surgeons of Canada and the American College of Surgeons. He has been in practice in Kelowna since 1998.
Dr. Chambers attended the University of Victoria where he earned his bachelor’s degree and received his medical degree from McGill University in Montreal. He completed his training in ophthalmic surgery at the University of British Columbia. He specializes in cataract and refractive eye care including laser vision correction.
Dr. Chambers had the PRK procedure performed on his eyes at Kelowna Laser Vision in December 2005 and is thrilled with the results. His uncorrected vision went to 20/15 following the procedure. |

Dr. Joel Casey, O.D.
Dr. Joel Casey, OD, BSc. graduated in 1998 with honours from Pacific University College of Optometry in Portland Oregon. He then completed optometric residency training in ocular disease and refractive surgical co-management at Eyecare Associates of Nevada in Las Vegas.
Dr. Casey practiced primary care optometry in Vancouver, B.C. before joining Kelowna Laser Vision in 2002. He had PRK surgery in January 2005, and is thrilled with the results. He is an avid squash and hockey player, and enjoys woodworking. He is married and has two children. |
